El Ministro de Energía y Minas , Ing. Eleodoro Mayorga, hizo de conocimiento del público en general la próxima publicación del nuevo reglamento ambiental para actividades mineras, que reemplazará al Decreto Supremo N° 016-93-EM, que durante 21 años de vigencia, estableció el marco legal en la evaluación ambiental de los proyectos de explotación y beneficio minero.
Este reglamento ha sido trabajado durante 4 años y ha sido concordado con el Ministerio del Ambiente, desde su inicio hasta su final, los principales cambios serán desarrollado en próximas ediciones de este blog, luego de un trabajo arduo ha finalizado su redacción ha satisfacción de ambos ministerios con lo que la normatividad sectorial minera se adecuará al marco del Sistema de Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental
NEW ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS FOR MINING ACTIVITIES
The Minister of Energy and Mines, Ing. Eleodoro Mayorga, made known to the public at large the forthcoming publication of new environmental regulations for mining activities, replacing the Supreme Decree No. 016-93-EM, that during 21 years of existence, established the legal framework for the environmental assessment of mining projects and mining profit.
These regulations have been worked for 4 years and has been agreed with the Ministry of Environment, from its beginning to its end, the main changes will be developed in future editions of this blog, then hard work is complete wording has the satisfaction of both ministries with sectoral regulations that mining will fit the framework of the System of Environmental Impact Assessment
