REVISTA DEL INSTITUTO DE INGENIERO DE MINAS DEL PERÚ : MINERÍA DICIEMBRE 2016
Comparto con uds. el artículo que elaboré para la revista MINERIA del IIMP, denominado "Complejo Metalúrgico de la Oroya: Entre Escila y Caribdis". En las páginas 63 al 66 podrán leer unos alcances sobre la problemática asociada al destino del CMO así como de las obligaciones ambientales que debe cumplir para adecuar dicha fundición al ECA AIRE vigente. Espero su comentarios, sugerencias y difusión.

REVISTA MINERÍA AGOSTO 2016 DEL INSTITUTO DE INGENIERO DE MINAS DEL PERÚ
Luego de un buen tiempo retomo el blog Law And Mining-Perú para compartir un artículo publicado en la Revista Minería del IIMP en la edición de agosto de 2016. En las páginas 64 al 69 podrán leer unos alcances sobre los Estudios Ambientales, Participación Ciudadana y Consulta Previa en Minería. En el artículo se desarrolla el marco legal que regulan dichas temáticas que son exigencias a cumplir para el desarrollo de las actividades mineras. Espero su comentarios y sugerencias al respecto.

La Ironía de la Explotación del Oro en Costa Rica
Este artículo cuyo link comparto, nos demuestra que el discurso anti respecto de las actividades extractivas, favorece las actividades informales, en desmedro o perjuicio de las actividades formales que generan ingresos. ¿Seguimos con ese modelo que combate la minería formal, y es permisivo y cómplice con la minería informal que contamina, o pasamos a un modelo mas coherente?.
